Websites, replies, follow-up and search for any business

Websites that reply the moment customers reach out.

We build your website, help people find it, alert you to new inquiries and follow up, so the people who reach out aren't left waiting.

Illustration: one inquiry, start to finish. One inquiry, start to finish, in four steps. 1. On yourbusiness.com, your customer fills in the contact form and presses Send: "Hi, can you tell me your prices and how soon you could start?" 2. Right away the owner's phone lights up with an email alert: New inquiry from your website, from your customer. Asking about prices and timing. 3. At the same moment an email lands in your customer's inbox: "Thanks for reaching out. We got your message. You'll hear from us by 10 AM tomorrow." 4. Then follow-up emails go out on their own, on day 1 and day 3. The day 7 email is queued, and it stops when your customer replies.
  • Our agency fees are public
  • Second half due only after signed checks pass and you accept
  • Orlando-based. Working with businesses across the US.

Here's how most of these customers get lost.

  1. We're hard to find

9:14 PM. Your customer searches for what you offer. You're on page two.

  2. The site doesn't make them choose us

9:16 PM. They find your site anyway. It looks dated and it's hard to tell what you do. They almost leave.

Illustration: A dated website with cramped text, a stretched photo, a tiny contact link and a 2014 copyright.
  3. Replies are slow or missed

9:21 PM. They send an inquiry. It lands in an inbox nobody checks at night. No reply. No alert.

Illustration: Your customer's inquiry, "Hi, can you tell me your prices and how soon you could start?", lands in an inbox with 23 unread messages. No alert is sent.
  4. Leads go cold

Two days later. You get back to them. They already chose someone who answered first.

Illustration: Two days later, your email asks your customer if they are still interested. They reply that they already went with someone else.

They don't complain. They just leave.

No bad review. No angry call. Just business that went somewhere else.

IllustrationFive ordinary inquiries arrive in an inbox one by one: Question about prices, Can you start next week?, Quote request, Is this still available? and Do you have time Friday? No alert goes off. One by one they dim and are struck through, each stamped No reply or Chose someone else, and a count marked Went somewhere else rises to 5.

Rewind.

Paid so far

Kickoff: first halfSecond half

How paying works

  1. Free consultation
  2. Written proposal
  3. Kickoff: first half
  4. Review real work
  5. Checks pass, you accept
  6. Second half
  7. 30 days of in-scope fixes

Before you pay

  • A written proposal confirms fit, exact scope, inputs, acceptance checks, booked dates and outside costs before payment.

When you pay

  • For each one-time project, the final half is due only after the signed acceptance checks pass and the client explicitly accepts.
  • Silence is never acceptance.
  • No required monthly plan accompanies the four project offers.
  • Search months are optional and separately agreed.

If something goes wrong

  • Better Marketing corrects in-scope defects reported in writing within 30 calendar days after acceptance at no agency fee.
  • If Better Marketing cannot deliver and pass signed checks within 10 business days after written notice for an issue it controls, it refunds the kickoff fee within seven business days and waives the balance.
  • If an accepted core function covered by those checks fails within 30 days and cannot be restored within the same correction window, Better Marketing refunds that project's final half within seven business days.
  • Website checks cover the agreed deployed pages, responsive presentation, links, inquiry route and handoff; Inquiry Response Fix covers the live inquiry, acknowledgement and owner alert; Lead Follow-Up System covers approved messages, timing, stop rules and owner notice.

What we never promise

  • This is a defined delivery promise, not a guarantee of leads, bookings, sales, rankings or AI recommendations.
  • Third-party charges are excluded.
  • Client delays, unavailable access, platform outages and agreed scope changes adjust affected dates in writing.
  • No duplicate refund applies.

Search Visibility

  • Search Visibility has a separate remedy: the first monthly fee is not due until the setup baseline and plan are accepted.
  • If Better Marketing cannot deliver that setup within 10 business days after written notice for an issue it controls, it refunds the $750 setup fee within seven business days.
  • If an agreed paid month of page work and reporting is not delivered and cannot be corrected within that window, it refunds that month's $1,250 agency fee within seven business days.

Straight answers.

How much does a small business website cost?

Business Website Launch is $3,500. Custom Website Design is $7,500. Both include writing, responsive design, one inquiry path, testing and handoff. Hosting, software, usage and applicable tax are separate and approved before purchase.

How fast can you build our website?

Business Website Launch targets a review-ready site within three business days after kickoff inputs are complete. Custom Website Design targets a first direction within three business days and a complete review-ready site within seven. Launch follows your review, the included revision cycle and final testing. Your written scope confirms the actual booked dates.

What is the difference between the two website services?

Business Website Launch is a focused, up-to-five-page site for one clear customer journey and one language. Custom Website Design is a complete, agreed custom website with original visual direction, deeper writing and proof, a page plan shaped around how customers decide, and multilingual delivery when useful. We recommend the focused site when it can do the job.

Is SEO included?

Each website includes technical and on-page search foundations for the pages we build: page titles, descriptions, heading structure, indexability, mobile checks and a clear service explanation. Ongoing content, link building, map rankings and search performance are separate work. We do not guarantee rankings.

Is Inquiry Response Fix a CRM implementation?

No. It is a focused $1,500 fix for a business whose website already works. We connect one existing inquiry source to one supported inbox or CRM destination, configure an immediate acknowledgement and owner alert, test the route and document the handoff. CRM migration, historical lead cleanup, multi-channel nurture and custom integrations need a different scope.

What if inquiries arrive but nobody follows up?

Lead Follow-Up System is $2,500 once. We set up one approved, permissioned email journey for one existing inquiry source, test its timing and stop rules, then hand it over. It is separate from the immediate acknowledgement included with our website and inquiry services.

Can you help people find us in search?

Search Visibility is $750 to set up and $1,250 for each agreed month of ongoing work. We improve one website through a documented search baseline, priority page work, technical checks and a monthly report. We cannot promise a ranking, AI recommendation or number of leads.

Do we have to buy monthly support?

No monthly service is required with either website project, Inquiry Response Fix or Lead Follow-Up System. Search Visibility is a separate monthly service and can be stopped before the next agreed month.

Will a new website generate leads?

A clearer website can help existing visitors understand your business and take the next step. It does not create demand by itself. If the main problem is traffic, we will say so rather than sell a website as a lead-generation guarantee.
