- The final half is due only after acceptance.
- In-scope defects reported in writing within 30 calendar days are corrected at no agency fee.
- If we cannot pass the signed checks within 10 business days after written notice for an issue we control, we refund the $3,750 kickoff fee within seven business days and waive the balance.
- If an accepted core function covered by those checks fails during the 30-day period and we cannot restore it within that correction window, we refund the $3,750 final payment within seven business days.
- We do not promise leads, revenue or search rankings.
