Service-specific remedy and handoff
- If we cannot deliver the agreed setup baseline and plan within 10 business days after written notice for an issue we control, we refund the $750 setup fee within seven business days.
- If an agreed month of page work and reporting is not delivered and cannot be corrected within 10 business days after written notice, we refund that month’s $1,250 agency fee within seven business days.
- We keep a change log and hand over page changes, access and reporting so your business can continue without a required additional service.

What setup includes
- The $750 setup covers one website, a review of search access and indexability, a baseline of current pages and relevant search queries when data is available, and a written priority plan with the first month of page work agreed before it begins.
- The plan identifies the service or market focus and the client approvals needed.
What each $1,250 month includes
- Each agreed month covers a short priority check, up to two agreed page or content improvements on the same website, related titles, headings and internal links, a check of affected pages, and a plain-language report of completed changes, available search data and the next recommended work.
- The written monthly scope names the exact pages and work before that month starts.
- Local search work is included when relevant and supported by the business facts; it is not a separate industry price.
What is outside this scope
- A new website, large content library, link-buying, paid ads, multi-site work, unlimited page creation, specialist-regulated copy, third-party software and approved outside costs are separate.
- Search engines and AI services decide what they show.
- We do not promise indexing by a date, rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, inquiries or sales.
Payment, month and acceptance
- The $750 setup fee is due after the written scope is agreed.
- The first $1,250 monthly fee is due only when the setup plan is explicitly accepted and the first month is scheduled.
- Later monthly fees are due before each agreed month begins.
- Each month ends with the agreed changes, report and explicit acceptance.
- You may decline a future month before it is invoiced; work already agreed and begun remains governed by its written scope.
- Silence is not acceptance.
